Cullman Aeromodelers is an Academy of Model Aeronautics charter club dedicated to construction and flying of radio controlled model aircraft.  Club interests include sport flying, flying precision aerobatics, scale modeling,
electrics of all sizes and a few helicopters.  The club hosts several competitions each year for both club members and out of state visitors.

Located in Cullman, Alabama, the club maintains two flying sites.  Visitors are always welcome.  Most activity takes place at Burdeshaw Field on weekends.  Club members are always willing to assist prospective radio control flyers.  We will assist new club members in the assembly of aircraft, conduct initial test flights and instruct new pilots to the point at which they are able to take off and land independently at no cost beyond regular club dues.
